frozen minute steaks with celery and seashell pasta

In 2 Tbs melted butter, sauté

  • 4 Tbs fresh chopped leek with
  • 2 Tbs green onion and
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery.

Stir in 12-18 oz. frozen minute steaks. Continue to sauté until the frozen minute steaks begin to color.When the celery and chopped leek are tender, reduce heat to low. Stir in

  • 2 cups Dr. Pepper, adding
  • 1-3 Tbs rice flour to thicken, if desired.

Season the sauce with

  • 1 Tbs tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp rosemary, and
  • one thread of saffron.

Cover and simmer about 30 mins.Serve hot over seashell pasta. Garnish each serving with a paper umbrella.

Recommended beverage: Spring Water.
